What was the highlight of DWO Marrakech Ennakhil
Nicely decorated and comfortable hotel but without SPA.
The hotel is very nicely decorated, the pool is great, the room was comfortable and clean, free wifi connection worked fairly.
The hotel is quite far from the city center. The personnel did not really understand needs and questions so service was not really up to expectations. The spa indicated in the hotel name does not exist yet (work in progress) which was really disappointing as I chose the hotel for this reason. The pool opening hours were too restrictive to allow me to use it (as I stayed there for work).

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Alot of value for your money, but the food could be better.
Helpful and polite staff, especially in the reception and the bellhop
Ordered lunch twice. The club sandwich really needs some refining. The pizza actually tasted quite nice, but the meat on top was raw, so we had the staff grill the pizza until done.
